Corporate Attorney

ATLAS SP Partners is a global investment firm seeking a Corporate Attorney to provide cross-functional strategic and legal advice. The role requires a Vice President-level position with significant autonomy and ownership, supporting complex private fund structuring, securities matters, and corporate governance.

Requirements

• Support the structuring, entity formation, and related tax considerations of a highly complex private fund
• Advise on securities matters and capital markets transactions
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and other control functions on corporate governance, board and committee activity, legal risk governance, and regulatory oversight
• Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise-level agreements
• Lead special projects, cross-functional assignments, and other legal department initiatives
