We are looking for a Customer Advisor for Bol.com. The position is remote and allows you to work from anywhere while embracing diverse experiences. The role involves listening to customers' questions and concerns, troubleshooting, and providing information about digital products.

Requirements

• Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Dutch
• Be living in Portugal
• Availability to work in rotating shifts
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
• High School Diploma
• EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card
