Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Admin Experience team in Berlin, Germany. The role will involve developing new features and products, working across the entire stack from the database layer to the client layer. The Senior Full Stack Engineer will be directly involved in building and enhancing the digital destinations our users rely on.
Requirements
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, end-to-end features
- Architect robust and maintainable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
- Develop and optimize responsive frontend applications using React
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
- Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD processes
- Create, maintain, and enforce clear technical guidelines and best practices across engineering teams
- Design and deliver reusable utilities, shared frameworks, and reference implementations
- Lead standardization efforts and internal tooling improvements
