Requirements
- Lead and mentor a team of 8 to 10 software engineers
- Collaborate with Control Systems, Quantum Engineering, and Quantum Applications Engineering to set software architecture and roadmap
- Oversee integrations with quantum software frameworks and toolchains
- Collaborate on performance optimization across classical and quantum workloads
- Assist in defining, implementing, and rolling out new software features
