Requirements

• Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 software engineers
• Collaborate with Control Systems, Quantum Engineering, and Quantum Applications Engineering
• Provide timely and value-added code reviews and feedback on architecture documents
• Oversee integrations with quantum software frameworks and toolchains
• Collaborate on performance optimization across classical and quantum workloads
• Assist in the definition, implementation, and rollout of new software features
