Atomi is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead the next phase of its growth. The successful candidate will lead a growing team across growth, demand, field and product marketing, and work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product and our Brand Studio.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- People leadership experience
- Strong background in integrated campaigns, positioning and go-to-market strategy
- A track record of leading creative experimentation and scaling successful ideas
- Confident creative judgment and comfort making calls with imperfect information
- Hands-on experience shaping messaging, reviewing content and guiding campaigns
- Ability to balance short-term impact with long-term growth
- Comfortable using data and insight to guide decisions
- Curious about how AI can improve marketing speed, quality and creative output
- Experience with global expansion or new market entry is a plus
