Requirements
- Experience with Data Migration between disparate DB Technologies e.g., Oracle, Mongo, Cassandra
- Experience with Enterprise Transformation / Modernization and Related Issues with Co-Existence between old and new systems
- Designing for Systems of Record and experience with One-Way / Two-Way syncs & conflict management of data
- Experience and strong background in designing and deploying Database solutions, Relational and NoSQL solutions (Oracle, Mongo, Cassandra, other) with the following specialties:
- Data Modeling especially in Mongo-Oracle Hybrid deployments
- Mapping transactions & reliability onto NOSQL and distributed services scenarios
- Performance tuning & Capacity planning
- Familiarity with micro-service architecture based deployments in multi- data center Enterprise IT scenarios
- Very good experience with asynchronous data feeds, integrations, batch processing in addition to real-time scenarios
- Familiarity with the CRM or related domain data architectures and issues Experience with one or more programming languages
- Strong Leadership, Collaboration and Communication skills
