IT Security Analyst

We're seeking an IT Security Analyst for a contract opportunity in Richmond, VA. The successful candidate will develop and publish Information Security policies, procedures, standards and guidelines, and perform routine security tasks.

Requirements

• Develop and publish Information Security policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
• Perform routine security tasks such as documentation, reporting metrics, change control, and responding to tickets
• Collaborate with teams to implement and support new technologies
• Install, configure, and maintain critical security tools
• Serve as an internal subject matter expert in system design activities, policies, standards, and procedures as they relate to security
• Implement new security controls
• Research and recommend security solutions and products
• Ensure Compliance Plan is followed, implemented and up to date
• Good communication skills
