Job Description
We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide customer service excellence and resolve technical issues related to customers' technical environment. The analyst will work effectively within the internal structure and be knowledgeable of processes and available resources.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- IT, PC specific discipline or related business field
- 1 year related experience
- Providing phone-based technical support to end-users
