Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to work on various software development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in SQL, JavaScript, C#, and MVC. This role will involve working on every story in the sprint, overseeing work, and providing mentorship to lower-level software engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 2-5 years of experience in IT Applications Development
- 1 year of experience in performance improvement consulting projects in a hospital
- 7 years of experience in writing complex SQL and automation test scripts
- 5 years of experience in HP Suite of Products (QTP/Loadrunner/Quality Center) and object-oriented programming
- 2 years of experience in UNIX/Linux, and Windows XP Systems; J2EE, Spring, Struts, JavaScript, XML
- 1 year of experience in REST/SOAP/JSON, Hibernate and/or Ibatis
- 1.5 years of experience in Tomcat and JBoss; Development tools: ANT, Subversion, Maven, Hudson, Junit/DbUnit/FlexUnit
- Nice to have experience in Hypersonic, Easymock, Eclipse
- 3 years of application development in a Java environment
- 6 months of experience in Hadoop environment
- 3 years of experience in Micro Strategy/BI environments
