We are seeking a Technical Product Support Analyst III to provide post-sales technical product support, analyzing customers' business needs and developing technical requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field
- 3 - 6 years of high-tech industry and/or IT work experience in product engineering, development, and/or support functions
- Experience with Linux and Unix
- Strong Sys admin
- Experience in dev/ops and application delivery
- Atlassian's Confluence
- Transcoders and video packagers
- Ability to write python and perl scripts
