Atria is a movement to improve quality of life and prolong healthy life in the future by taking the latest science and translating it into medicine in real time. The Care Coordinator will be the main point of contact for administrative issues, schedule appointments, and assist with procuring medical records.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years customer service experience in a hospitality or membership role with in-person interaction
- Experience in Health Information Management/EMR (Electronic Medical Records) processes
- Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy & Security preferred
