Job Description
Atria is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support the Head of Talent Acquisition with hiring needs during a period of growth. The contract is expected to last 3-6 months, with the potential to extend based on business needs and performance.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and teams
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Self-starter who can ramp up quickly and work independently
- Experience recruiting for [technical (product & engineering) and healthcare roles is a plus
