Technical Lead, Platform

Atria Health is seeking a Technical Lead for our Platform Engineering team to build and maintain the foundational systems that power our product teams. This senior individual contributor role is responsible for leading the technical direction of our platform, including mentoring engineers and day-to-day execution, with a focus on EMR integrations (particularly Athena), caching strategies, and providing robust internal tooling and support for our domain product teams (Clinical Experience, Member Experience, and Care Delivery).

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years focused on platform engineering, integrations, or backend infrastructure
• Strong experience building and maintaining third-party API integrations at scale
• Proficiency with caching technologies (Redis preferred) and performance optimization strategies
• Deep expertise in TypeScript/Node.js and building backend services
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and work effectively across multiple teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for varied audiences
