Group Manager, Product Marketing

The Group Marketing Manager – Pain Management will drive the success of the Pain Management franchise by leading marketing initiatives for the cardiothoracic application of Cryo Nerve Block. The role will be responsible for shaping therapy’s strategic direction, guiding product and procedure development, and ensuring effective market adoption and growth.

Requirements

• Lead the product marketing team in the development and execution of the cardiothoracic Cryo Nerve Block therapy strategy
• Set priorities and manage day-to-day activities of the team to ensure strong performance and growth
• Develop and implement upstream initiatives to build therapy foundation
• Drive downstream marketing efforts such as messaging, promotional campaigns, and launch execution
• Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs)
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, Compliance, and Regulatory teams
