taff Nurse II - Surgical Operations/Inpatient OR - Days $10,000 Sign On Bonus

The Surgical Operations/Inpatient OR Taff Nurse II is responsible for providing patient-centered care, maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment, and promoting effective communication throughout the continuum of care. The role requires a minimum of one year of Operating Room experience or participation in a post-graduate program, and must have a valid RN licensure in NC. The nurse will also be expected to participate in shared governance, adhere to standards of care, and promote a healthy work environment.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• At least one year Operating Room experience or participation in the post-graduate program
• RN licensure in NC
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification may be required within one year
• Ability to provide direct and indirect patient care
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively
