Job Description
The Director of Nursing is responsible for the development and coordination of resident care activities. This role involves supervising and coordinating facility/agency operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and resident experience. The nurse leader will also guide the clinical staff and contribute to the organization's goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN license in the state of residence or with National License Compact (NLC) status
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- Three years of nursing management experience
- 3-year of recent experience in skilled nursing or retirement community
- Current RN license in state of residence
