Job Description
This role is the Director of Pharmacy Operations, responsible for the overall operation and functions of the pharmacy department. This includes program development, strategic initiatives, financial accountability, service delivery to patients, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role involves analyzing problems, implementing solutions, and overseeing resources.
Requirements
- Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy
- Certification / Registration / License as a Pharmacist
- State licensure as a Pharmacist
- 7 years of demonstrated leadership experience in pharmacy
- 3 years of management experience managing staff, budgets, and pharmacy services
- Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated ability to lead and direct teammates
- Ability to problem-solve and proactively address issues
