Job Description
Atrium Health Lincoln is seeking a Progressive/Telemetry LPN to provide nursing care and assist with planning/implementing care for adult patients with various conditions, including stroke, COPD, and CHF, in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. Requirements
- Participates in patient assessments.
- Recognizes and determines need for immediate intervention.
- Documentation of patient observations and treatments.
- Assists with planning and implementing care plans.
- Implements plan under supervision.
- Documents assessments, procedures, patient education, and communication.
- Maintains clinical competency.
- Works within scope of practice.
- Physical requirements: walking, lifting, reaching, etc.
