Job Description
Atrium Health Pineville is seeking an ANCC Pathway to Excellence Nurse Manager to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate the clinical and operational functions of a nursing unit. This role focuses on providing high quality, cost-effective healthcare, promoting safety, and ensuring competency. The ideal candidate will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and demonstrate a commitment to patient outcomes and professional development.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred, or Master’s Degree from a health-related program or MBA accepted.
- Enrollment in MSN program within 1 year of hire/transfer date, graduation of MSN program within 5 years of hire.
- BLS certification required.
