Job Description
The Nurse Navigator Manager at Atrium Health at Home will assess, plan, and evaluate clinical and operational functions of a nursing unit to ensure quality and cost-effective health care. Responsibilities include clinical competence, compliance with regulations, team leadership, patient education, and departmental standards. This role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary partners.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN license
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Master's Degree from a health-related program or MBA acceptable
- BLS certification required
- Appropriate professional certification (clinical/leadership) within 1 year of eligibility
- Prior management experience preferred
