Job Description
The Registered Nurse Supervisor is responsible for the direct provision of patient care, assisting the manager with daily operations, and ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care within the Atrium Health Union Observation Unit. This role involves fostering a supportive team environment, prioritizing quality and safety, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state
- Minimum two years nursing experience preferred
- Previous management experience preferred
- BSN required
- BLS required per policy guidelines
