Job Description
Lead the setup and breakdown of banquet events, coordinate service, guide and motivate the banquet team, handle audio-visual setup and troubleshooting, and assist with scheduling, training, and inventory.
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- At least 6 months of banquet food service experience
- Leadership potential or experience
- Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete in 90 days)
- Physical stamina
