Job Description
Lead the setup and breakdown of banquet events, coordinate service, and guide the banquet team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Handle audio-visual setup and troubleshooting, assist with scheduling, training, and inventory. Requires customer service experience, leadership potential, and physical stamina.
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- At least 6 months of banquet food service experience
- Leadership potential or experience
- Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete in 90 days)
