Job Description
The Director of Sales & Marketing will lead a team of Sales and Event professionals, drive revenue through new group leads and client relationships, and provide financial oversight of the sales department.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hotel sales leadership experience
- Track record of exceeding sales goals
- Experience with all major market segments (Group, Transient, Social Events)
- Proficiency in sales systems like Delphi.fdc/CI/TY and ProfitSword
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
