Job Description
Maintenance Supervisor responsible for assisting with building systems, planning and evaluating preventive maintenance schedules, and coaching maintenance associates. The role requires 1+ year of maintenance or engineering experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Requirements
- 1+ year of maintenance or engineering experience
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
- Willingness to lead by example and complete technician-level tasks as needed
