Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, complete and document work orders, and troubleshoot and repair minor systems. The ideal candidate will have 6 months of general maintenance experience and be able to lift 25 lbs regularly.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience
- Hotel maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods
- HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus
