Job Description
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care, complete and document guest and associate work orders, troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, and perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required
- Hotel maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods
- HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus
