Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care, and troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals, and repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods
