Job Description
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, complete and document work orders, troubleshoot and repair systems, and perform landscaping and groundskeeping duties. Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods
- HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus
