The Lead Client Success Manager is a senior, high-impact, customer-facing role responsible for driving the strategic success, retention, and expansion of Atropos Health's Health System and Life Sciences relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MPH, MBA, MS, PhD, PharmD) preferred
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, consulting, or healthcare analytics
- Proven experience managing and growing relationships with enterprise health system and/or pharmaceutical/biotech customers
- Demonstrated ownership of renewals and expansion within complex accounts
- Experience working with real-world healthcare data (EMR, claims, etc.) and translating insights into business impact
- Strong analytical skills; hands-on SQL experience preferred (R/Python a plus)
- Experience operating in a startup or high-growth environment
- Excellent executive-level communication and project management skills
