Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team at a fast-growing, Series B company. The Senior Financial Analyst will partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to provide critical insights that will guide our decision-making and long-term strategy.

Requirements

• Build and maintain complex financial models
• Own monthly budget versus actual review processes
• Partner with department leaders to develop KPIs and financial metrics
• Provide financial support and analysis for key company initiatives
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages
• Drive improvements in financial systems and reporting processes
• Collaborate with accounting during month-end close
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market data, and competitor performance
