Job Description
As a Controls Design Vision Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing machine vision solutions, debugging and commissioning control systems, and working with customers and project managers to provide complete automation systems.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical, systems, or computer engineering
- Certified Vision Professional (CVP) certification
- 6+ years of experience in engineering design, development, programming and commissioning vision systems, automated systems, custom machinery or industrial equipment
- Understanding and hands-on experience with PLCs, robotics control systems and machine operation
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Strong programming, mechanical and electrical problem solving skills
