Attain Partners is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to support clients in utilizing Salesforce software to improve business processes. The ideal candidate has a post-secondary degree, several years of consulting experience, and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
Requirements
- Support the full software development life cycle (SDLC) of Salesforce implementations
- Partner with clients to understand business challenges, objectives, and desired outcomes
- Analyze and document client business processes and requirements
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solution designs
- Provide ongoing communication and feedback to clients on development progress and milestones
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to deliver projects on time and with high quality
- Contribute across all project phases, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, data migration, and end-user training
- Lead and/or support business development efforts
- Lead and/or support proposal development and solution design in support of new and expanded client work
