Snowflake Lead: Architect and Developer

Attain Partners is an innovative consulting firm seeking a Snowflake Lead: Architect and Developer to lead the design and implementation of enterprise data platforms built on Snowflake. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in modern data architectures, including data lakes, warehouses, and lakehouse patterns.

Requirements

• Define and own the enterprise Snowflake architecture and data platform strategy
• Design scalable data models (enterprise, domain, and semantic layers)
• Establish data governance, security, and access controls (RBAC, masking, policies)
• Partner with Data Governance teams to align on cataloging, lineage, and data quality
• Optimize performance, cost, and workload management within Snowflake
• Guide teams on best practices for CI/CD, DevOps, and automation
• Lead stakeholder discussions and translate business needs into architecture designs
• Lead and/or support business development efforts
• Lead and/or support proposal development and solution design in support of new and expanded client work
