Green Coffee Trader

Attesa Coffee is seeking a dynamic Coffee Trader to join their team in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have experience in green coffee sales/trading in European markets and strong consultative sales skills.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain working relationships with coffee roasters in Europe
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with green beans roasters and customers
• Participate actively in coffee selection and curation
• Represent the company at industry events and trade exhibitions across Europe
• Sell coffee to roasters, traders, and institutional clients in key markets
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, pricing, and opportunities within the coffee sector
• Stay updated on industry developments, including regulations and quality standards
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
• Analyze trade performance and prepare reports for management
