NetSuite Billing Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to own the professional services billing cycle end-to-end. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, stronger billing controls, and improved cash flow.

Requirements

• Manage the complete Time & Materials (T&M) billing cycle using NetSuite / ClickUp
• Generate customer invoices for approval accurately and on schedule
• Track billable hours from project management systems (ClickUp) and ensure all time is captured
• Follow up with Project Teams and consultants to ensure all hours are entered weekly
• Reconcile hours to identify unbilled time and create special invoices as needed
• Send AR notices and manage collections follow-up
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure time entry accuracy and billing approvals
• Maintain billing documentation and drive process improvements
• Provide regular reporting on billing status, outstanding AR, and collections progress
