Job Description
We're a full-service creative shop seeking a hands-on Creative Director to lead end-to-end creative ideation, production, and execution for our partners. The role requires 10-12+ years of experience in social, creative advertising, or entertainment, with a focus on social media trends and viral content.
Requirements
- 10-12+ years agency or brand-side experience with a focus in social, creative advertising, or entertainment
- A deep understanding of the ever evolving social space with a keen eye for viral content and trends on social media platforms
- Proven experience leading high-volume, high-impact production for social and digital platforms, with a strong understanding of modern production pipelines (VFX and AI production tools a plus)
- A leader who will bring structure, inspiration and guidance to team of creatives
- Proven self-starter, detail-oriented, organized and able to multitask effectively
- The confidence and charisma to develop meaningful client relationships
- Proficient in Google Slides and Adobe Creative Suite
