Atto Trading is looking for a Junior Talent Sourcer/Recruiter to help identify and engage exceptional technical and quantitative talent. The ideal candidate is ambitious, detail-oriented, and motivated by performance and impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment, talent sourcing, or recruitment coordination in a fast-paced environment (software, quant, fintech, Big Tech, finance, trading, or similar).
- Experience sourcing/recruiting in the US market.
- Proven ability to manage interview scheduling and coordination with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
