Requirements
- Several years of professional experience with cryogenic systems
- Degree in physics, cryogenics, engineering, mechatronics, or a related discipline, ideally with a PhD
- Experience in development projects for complex systems up to production readiness
- Initial leadership experience with a confident leadership style, strong communication, and structured thinking
