Job Description
Atwell, LLC is seeking a Director of Land Development to lead their Houston, TX presence and Texas Region. The successful candidate will drive business development initiatives, manage a team of engineers, and spearhead regional strategies for land development projects.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil engineering, focusing on land development (commercial and/or SFD)
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
