Job Description
Atwell, LLC is a consulting, engineering, and construction services company that delivers creative solutions to clients in the real estate & land development, and energy markets. As a Project Surveyor, you'll play a key role in bringing residential, commercial, mixed-use development, and renewable energy projects to life, managing projects from start to finish and collaborating with experienced teams.
Requirements
- Partner closely with Project Managers to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules
- Lead and oversee boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys
- Use technical expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center
- Review and verify survey calculations and field data
- Collaborate daily with engineers, contractors, and clients
- Continue developing skills through paid training and industry events
