Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Survey Crew Chief to lead field survey operations, direct instrument personnel, and perform a wide range of surveying services, including houseline, topographic, tree, wetland, boundary, ALTA, control surveys, bench loops, and construction staking. The successful candidate will have 5â8 years of experience and a strong foundation in surveying, with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of accountability.
Requirements
- High school diploma and/or surveying degree with 5â8 years of relevant experience
- Valid driverâs license
- Proven ability to lead field survey crews and direct instrument personnel
- Strong technical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and meet project demands
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
- Fluent in English
