Job Description
Atwell, LLC is seeking a Survey Project Manager with heavy highway and transportation experience to lead survey operations from planning to construction. The role involves team management, data analysis, collaboration with engineering teams, and construction staking. This position offers the autonomy to manage projects and a collaborative, flexible environment, focused on strengthening infrastructure and supporting personal and professional growth.
Requirements
- Professional Survey License (PLS / RLS) strongly preferred
- 8+ years of survey or civil engineering experience with heavy highway focus
- Strong leadership skills
- Advanced knowledge of construction staking, GPS, traversing, and plan interpretation
- Familiarity with DOT standards and heavy highway construction processes
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center
