Job Description
We are hiring a Human Resources Project Management Consultant to lead strategic initiatives in recruitment, skills development, and HR management. The role involves HR project management, business analysis support, analysis and optimization of business processes, stakeholders coordination, and risk management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR project management and operational HR service management
- Skills in functional analysis and process formalization
- Proficiency in project management tools (Odoo, ECM tools, BPM PROMETA)
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Certification in PMI, PRINCE2, HERMES HSPTP or equivalent
- French & English C1 (Luxembourgish/German = a plus)
