Associate, Portfolio Reporting Private Debt

Audax Group seeks an Associate to join its Private Debt Portfolio Reporting Team. The role will lead processes and manage systems to promote efficient data capture and analysis. Responsibilities include process development, data governance, and investor relations due diligence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related major; CPA or CFA a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience required; 4-5 years preferred
• Experience with data warehouses, semantic modeling and business intelligence a plus
• Advanced Excel user with experience with portfolio monitoring software (Dynamo, Anaplan, Allvue fka Black Mountain) a plus
• Proven history of process engineering and efficiency improvements with an understanding of alternative investments and private debt experience a plus
• Detail oriented with outstanding quality assurance and testing skills when working with large data sets
• Must have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, adapt to change easily and quickly, make decisions, and be highly motivated
• Strong desire to perform at a high level and grow within the organization
