Senior Associate, Co-Invest Finance

The Senior Associate, Co-Invest Finance role is responsible for accounting, reporting, and administration for Audax Co-Invest and General Partnership funds, requiring strong analytical and organizational skills.

Requirements

• BS in Accounting with an advanced degree (CPA strongly preferred)
• 4-7 years professional experience including public accounting, preferably focusing on alternative investment asset managers
• Understanding or experience with Private Equity or other alternative investment structures preferred
• Experience with accounting software preferred (Investran experience a plus)
• Advanced excel user with a high level of attention-to-detail
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple workstreams in order to meet tight deadlines
• Professional individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and lead a team and colleagues
