Senior Associate, Financial Reporting & Valuation Private Debt

The Senior Finance Associate is responsible for financial reporting and accounting for Audax Private Debt based in Boston. They will also contribute to the Private Debt valuation process and comply with several Private Debt Funds. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and detail-oriented team player who will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Preparation and review of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Work with the Investor Relations team in preparing fundraising materials
• Prepare monthly and quarterly MD&A on fund performance for senior management
• Contribute to the valuation process for debt, equity and CLO investments
• Review fund administrator's work on various Private Debt funds
