We are seeking a Commercial and Administrative Assistant to join our team in Nantes, France. As a key actor, you will be responsible for managing relationships with pre-paratory classes and higher education institutions, organizing events, and providing administrative support. If you have administrative skills, an interest in the commercial dimension, and excellent interpersonal skills, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

• Administrative skills such as agenda management, letter writing/report writing, appointment taking and data entry
• Interest in the commercial dimension
• Rigor, organization, and reactivity
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust relationships
• Writing skills
• Very good mastery of the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Daily use of messaging tools (Outlook, Teams)
• Internal software for tracking, including CRM
