Engineering Team Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Engineering Team Lead to join us and manage a distributed group of software engineers in North America. The role combines both hands-on coding and team management responsibilities, and you will have the chance to work on a revolutionary platform that's transforming the way people interact with cameras.

Requirements

• Lead and manage a remote team of engineers in the US and Mexico
• Design, develop, and maintain software for the Iris platform
• Provide leadership through coaching and mentoring, and leverage best practice to maintain high standards of software quality within the team
• Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the organization and act as point of contact
• Oversee day to day operations and activities, scheduling and capacity management across releases
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field
